Ahhhh....the zen moment of being 100%

Knowing that we were preparing for TTC in the spring I was trying for many long months to come up with names, as I think everyone who frequents these boards do. Going back and forth, crossing names off and resurrecting names. Mostly on my own since my husband isn’t usually so big on the naming process. Debating which you love more, names you just can’t imagine not using, and the heartbreak of not having that love being mutual with your partner. Then the overwhelming glee of when they agree!

We have commenced TTC earlier this month, and finally we have “THE” names after months of searching, and a couple 5 subject notebooks filled with doodles of name combos. [name]Elsa[/name] and [name]Henrik[/name]. [name]Henrik[/name] and [name]Elsa[/name]. I love how they sound together. I love how they sound on their own. I love how they sound with our last name. Everything about them is perfect. So when we do manage to get pregnant, that will be one less concern. Heck, now I’m going to cross my fingers and pray to God that I have boy/girl twins. Doubtful, but I’ll be happy with whatever God blesses me with <3

But for now, I’m just basking in the glow of no more naming struggles. Ahhhh…peace of mind.

Good luck. My hubby and I will be ttc in [name]August[/name]! And I’m going through the motions of picking names already. Half a notebooks worth of doodles. :wink:

Oooh, that’s awesome!! I think from now on, whenever a friend tells me they’re expecting I’m buying them notebooks and pens and decaf tea as my “Congrats mama!” present. :slight_smile:
