Thoughts on [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] [name_f]Fleur[/name_f] [name_u]Garcia[/name_u]?
I feel like the name [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] is so beautiful, my parents haven’t warmed to it but I think they would come around. I believe that if [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] wasn’t a state it would be a popular name! honest thoughts on this name? I don’t want to name my baby something that she would be bullied for!

I like it. It’s not something i would chose but i think it could definitely work. [name_f]Lot[/name_f]’s of people have Place Names, if [name_u]London[/name_u] and [name_u]Paris[/name_u] work as names I don’t see why [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] can’t. The combo is really pretty :))
100% yes! Unless you live in [name_f]Alaska[/name_f], then maybe a bit weird. [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] [name_f]Fleur[/name_f] [name_u]Garcia[/name_u] is gorgeous.
Absolutely love the name [name_f]Alaska[/name_f]! It’s the name of a character in a book I love, and I instantly fell in love with it!

(Also, completely agree with pp. Place names have always been popular, including other US states, so I feel like [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] would fit right in!)

Not keen on [name_f]Fleur[/name_f] as a middle name for [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] I think it sounds strange like it doesn’t belong I would prefer [name_f]Florence[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] [name_f]Florence[/name_f] [name_u]Garcia[/name_u] sounds better. But if [name_f]Fleur[/name_f] is meaningful for you or you love it go for it : )

It is a very pretty sounding name. I don’t love place names, but I think it could work. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have a connection to [name_f]Alaska[/name_f], the place? I feel that would be a constant question for you or your child once older.
Alaska is so bright and distinct in sound! I like it

It’s useable but I think you should have some connection to [name_f]Alaska[/name_f] to validate the use of the place name, either your favourite place to visit, family originated there, etc. I really prefer your consideration of [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] for you.
