Too long, oh my God! I don’t like it, prefer [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] and [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f].
I do like [name_f]Alexandrina[/name_f], which is 5 syllables, but I do feel that it, and Alexandriana are too long. Trying to write that out on any legal form would be an utter nightmare, lol. As beautiful as it is, I feel like it’s too much.
Alexandriana seems a bit long to me, unnecessarily long. [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] or [name_f]Alexandrina[/name_f] would be fine.
Seems excessive. I prefer [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] or [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f].
Over the top. [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] is just about enough. Most women I know with similar names go by [name_u]Alex[/name_u] anyway, so I wouldn’t tack on extra syllables.
[name_f]Alexandria[/name_f] is as far as I would go
Yikes… way too much, Alexandriana just sounds obnoxious. I’d stick with [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] or [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f].
I cannot see a parent, teacher, kids, etc wanting to use the full name. It’s too much.
I don’t hate the sound but it is just too long [name_f]IMO[/name_f]. My daughter’s name is four syllables and some people struggle with that so six sounds crazy to me.
Adding that her full name would NEVER be used. People just won’t want to. I thought I’d use my daughter’s full name all the time because I love it but even four syllables is too much sometimes so we usually use one of her many nicknames. And when I introduce her as Hesperia people usually ask if she has a nickname and I think they hope that she does, lol.
I’ll buck the trend…I really like it. But I like long frilly names anyway, & Alexandriana provides a multitude of nickname options for everyday use.
I agree with PPs who have said that it seems too long for a name that’s going to be shortened either way.
It just goes on and on!
I like [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f], and even [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f] as alternatives.
Waaaay toooo loong…
Not a fan. Bit too much of mouthful. I do like [name_f]Alexandrina[/name_f], [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f], [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] and [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] though which all still have that regal yet girly feel.
It looks overloaded to me, too many attached parts so none gets its full glory!
If [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f] unappealing, I’d go [name_f]Alexa[/name_f], [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f], [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f] or maybe [name_f]Alexandrina[/name_f] (love [name_f]Drina[/name_f] but not entirely sure about the full name). Otherwise [name_f]Adriana[/name_f].
I think it’s just a little bit too much. I like [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] and I don’t mind [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f] or [name_f]Alexandrina[/name_f], but I think it just seems like a bit of a mash up of all possible permutations?
I don’t care for it at all. It almost seems like a joke to me. I love the simplicity of [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], but I also don’t mind [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f]. Alexandriana is just way too much.
Alexandriana is beautiful but 12 letters and 6 syllables is too long. No more than 10 letters and 5 syllables. [name_f]Alexia[/name_f], [name_f]Alexandra[/name_f], [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f], [name_f]Alexandria[/name_f], [name_u]Andrea[/name_u], Driana, [name_f]Andriana[/name_f] and [name_f]Adriana[/name_f] are lovely alternatives.
