As usual my list has changed again, although I think I’m finally satisfied with all the names in my boys list! -fingers crossed- My girls list however is giving my problems yet again haha
I like to have 3 names for each gender(I’m not TTC or expecting, just planning ahead) I have 3 boy names which I love and im content with, but my 3rd name on my girls list is ever changing
The girls names I have that have never changed are [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Clara[/name](I plan to prn it Clah-rah, and I live in the U.S ) 2 Victorian sweethearts that practically fell into my lap quite some time ago.
As of late I had [name]Molly[/name]/[name]Mollie[/name] on my list. I think it’s cute and sounds great with [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Clara[/name] but I quickly fell out of love with it.
My requirements are not too crazy:
vintage or at least vintage feel/sound
doesn’t sound too old lady-ish
sound good with both [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Clara[/name] so maybe a similar amount of syllables or letters but that’s not a big problem
also I would like to stay away from names that have the same endings as both names such as [name]Flora[/name](adore this though)
My first thought was [name]Edith[/name] - I’m not sure if that feels too “old lady” for you, but I personally feel like it’s on the same level as [name]Alice[/name].
[name]Alice[/name], [name]Clara[/name] and [name]Edith[/name].
[name]Alice[/name], [name]Clara[/name] and…
[name]Pearl[/name]
[name]Marie[/name]
[name]Helen[/name]
[name]Viola[/name]
[name]Posey[/name] (this one is a little whimsical but I really love it)
With [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Clara[/name] (love them both!), I like [name]Sylvie[/name], [name]Helen[/name], [name]Juliet[/name], [name]Violet[/name], [name]Lucy[/name], [name]Eleanor[/name] (no nickname), [name]Sophie[/name], [name]Ruby[/name].
My favorites would be [name]Ruby[/name] and [name]Sylvie[/name].
