Alice

What do think when you see or hear this name?

Hubby just threw it in the list.

Maybe considering [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f].

I’m not sure how I feel about it yet.

A lovely classic, classy name but not boring. It’s timeless and would suit a baby/child/teen/adult and old lady lol. Quite sweet but not sickly X

I love this name. I agree with PP that it’s classic and timeless. It is a name that can grow with a person from childhood into adulthood. [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is stunning!

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] is beautiful and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is a lovely combination (though it should be noted [name_f]Alice[/name_f] is closely related to [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], etymology-wise). [name_f]Alice[/name_f] is sweet and lovely and wearable throughout all stages of life. The popularity of [name_f]Alice[/name_f] would put me off a little but there are undeniable benefits of having a familiar name.

Both names are really sweet and I have nothing negative to say about them individually. Personally I feel like there are too many As when they’re put together.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] would be an excellent choice. I only know one [name_f]Alice[/name_f] and she is a sweet little 11 year old. If [name_f]Alice[/name_f] (last name) flows nicely I would definitely keep it in your list

I agree with everyone else’s description. I love [name_f]Alice[/name_f]!

I love this name. It’s feminine and classic.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] is a lovely vintage classic! [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is beautiful gem of a name

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] is a tad plain for me, maybe because of its popularity, but I love how timeless it is and the [name_f]Alice[/name_f] in Wonderland association. [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is one of my favorites and it works really well with [name_f]Alice[/name_f]! [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] combo.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] is light, sweet but strong

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] is gorgeous! [name_f]Alice[/name_f] is so sweet & homey, but also sophisticated. At least in my area, I think that it’s getting pretty popular if that’s a concern for you.

I don mind [name_f]Alice[/name_f] but it’s always sounded kind of boring to me. I much prefer [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] or [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], though, is too “A” heavy. I would go for a middle that starts with a consonant.

Thanks all for the replies.

[name_f]Alice[/name_f] where I live doesn’t really rate in popularity. I’m a Kindergarten teacher and have only ever come across one and an old acquaintance just had a little [name_f]Alice[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f].

I’m a bit of a fan of alliteration and [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] has a very special meaning but nothing is set in stone just playing with it until babe arrives in [name_f]April[/name_f].

I know it’s quite popular, but [name_f]Alice[/name_f] always sounds old-ladyish to me.
