Tell me the story behind a favorite name of yours.
I’m really indecisive so I have a bunch of favourites. But right now, a name that has caught my eye is [name_f]Wednesday[/name_f]. It is special to me because I was born on that day. It also feels really witchy, which is also the vibe I look for in my names. Nonetheless, there are a variety of reasons I wouldn’t use this name.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t. I don’t have an opinion on them. [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] comes to mind.

Not much.
What’s your opinion on traditionally masculine names for girls, and traditionally feminine names for boys?
I don’t actually have any traditionally male names for girls on my list, but others do and they love it, so why not? There are a few limitations, say [name_m]Richard[/name_m] or [name_m]Apollo[/name_m] on a girl, but otherwise works just fine. As for traditionally female names on boys, I’m liking [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a middle name lately so I’m not really against that either. Again, there are a few things to keep in mind. I wouldn’t personally like [name_f]Persephone[/name_f] or [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] on a boy. I’m not one to dictate what names people should like and dislike.
Does name popularity influence your name decisions?
A lot. I usually try to avoid Top 50 names.
How much do other [name_u]Berry[/name_u] opinions influence your name decisions?
If the Berries are alerting me of a name’s pros and cons, then yes. Personal opinions are good to know and I don’t really mind them, in fact I welcome them. However they don’t have an impact on me. I often look out for certain terms that Berries may use to describe their feelings about a name but not more than that.
What’s your opinion on using long, (but beautiful), easily mispronounced non-English names in an English-speaking country?
I don’t have names like that on my list. One thing I know for sure is that I wouldn’t necessarily use a name that may be mispronounced/misspelt. I know the struggles that come with a difficult name.
