I think it depends a little on the letter and a little on the general flow of the name. Our last name starts with F and I have yet to find an F name that I think would work with it (not that I really want an F name). But my brother’s name is [name]Ryan[/name] R-----, and it sounds really good, and he likes it. I think it really just depends on the names.
I think [name]Camila[/name] [name]Cross[/name] sounds very nice. I don’t find it too C heavy, which I think would be the only real concern with alliteration.

I like it. My son’s name is [name]Elijah[/name] and our last name starts now only with an E but an [name]El[/name].

I really like alliteration, but it does depend on the letter as well as number of syllables. I think C is a good letter for alliteration-- [name]Camilla[/name] [name]Cross[/name] sounds great!

Yes.
I can say by experience that it is fine. In fact, it is no big deal.
My first and last initials are AA. Not one pun or witticism to this day.
If anything I actually prefer to have alliteration.

I like alliteration depending on the letter (I especially like alliteration with A’s as long as the first name doesn’t also end with an A). I think that [name]Camila[/name] [name]Cross[/name] sounds fine. Something like, say, [name]Shoshana[/name] Schmidt or [name]Mackenzie[/name] [name]MacDonald[/name] sounds kind of awkward.
