Alliteration..?

I wasn’t really going for a biblical name for our first, but it ended up as both his first and mn are biblical. ([name_m]Joel[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m]).
We are using [name_m]Richard[/name_m] as a middle name for our second (family name). I think it would be nice for the second to have a biblical first name as well. We like [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], but it’s so popular. I was looking through a list of biblical names and saw [name_m]Abram[/name_m]. [name_m]Abraham[/name_m] is actually a family name, but I was thinking [name_m]Abram[/name_m] would have less chance of nicknames(?), and I like that it’s shorter. Our last name is [name_u]Bailey[/name_u]. Some people may inevitably call him [name_m]Abe[/name_m]? The alliteration of [name_m]Abe[/name_m] and [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] sort of bothers me, but I wanted opinions. Also, please feel free to list any other name suggestions. Thank you

I like [name_m]Abram[/name_m]! My nickname of choice would be [name_m]Bram[/name_m], which I think sounds super-cool with your B surname, but it all depends on how you feel about alliteration. I can see your issue with [name_m]Abe[/name_m] [name_u]Bailey[/name_u], but I don’t think it’s too terrible.

I agree that [name_m]Abe[/name_m] [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] would be a little too much, but [name_m]Bram[/name_m] [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] sounds fine!
I really like the pp’s suggestions and would just like to add [name_m]Abner[/name_m] (which sounds a lot like [name_m]Abram[/name_m]) and [name_m]Gideon[/name_m]

I like [name_m]Reuben[/name_m] [name_m]Richard[/name_m] for you. [name_m]Joel[/name_m] and [name_m]Reuben[/name_m] sound great together. I also like [name_m]Bram[/name_m] [name_m]Richard[/name_m] [name_u]Bailey[/name_u].

My choice would be [name_m]Joel[/name_m] [name_m]David[/name_m] and [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Richard[/name_m].

[name_m]Joel[/name_m] and [name_m]Bram[/name_m] sound like great brothers. [name_m]Bram[/name_m] ([name_m]Abram[/name_m]) [name_u]Bailey[/name_u] is quite cool

[name_m]Zachary[/name_m] could also be a good choice for you - [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Richard[/name_m] “[name_m]Zach[/name_m]” [name_u]Bailey[/name_u].
