[name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Eli[/name_m]
[name_m]Torrin[/name_m]

Dh- likes:
[name_m]Ryder[/name_m]
[name_m]Ryker[/name_m]

I like:
[name_u]Carter[/name_u]
[name_m]Coen[/name_m]
[name_m]Gavin[/name_m]
[name_m]Derek[/name_m]
[name_m]Tyrion[/name_m] (Tear-e-in)

[name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Eli[/name_m]
[name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Torrin[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]
[name_m]Gavin[/name_m] [name_m]Ryker[/name_m]
[name_m]Ryder[/name_m] [name_m]Coen[/name_m]

Hmm…
[name_m]Alexander[/name_m] - a lovely handsome classic with a great sound. I love the range of nicknames surrounding this name, its generally a great choice.

[name_m]Eli[/name_m] - This is a lovely nickname for [name_m]Elijah[/name_m], [name_u]Elias[/name_u] etc but I dislike it as a name by itself its too nicknamey like.

[name_m]Torrin[/name_m] - Not keen

[name_m]Ryder[/name_m] - [name_m]Even[/name_m] though this name has a trendy sound I do like it it’s cool and has a great word sound. I think [name_m]Rider[/name_m] feels more intriguing and has a cooler vibe.

[name_m]Ryker[/name_m] - Has a harsh sound.

[name_u]Carter[/name_u] - Screams cool cowboy, I absolutely love this choice! It’s a really handsome name and feels so southern.

[name_m]Coen[/name_m] - I dislike this choice visually it looks odd and the actual name itself ([name_m]Cohen[/name_m]) feels culturally insensitive towards the Jewish culture. [name_m]Cohen[/name_m]/[name_m]Kohen[/name_m] is Hebrew word for priest it’s sacred and I don’t think it’s appropriate as a name.

[name_m]Gavin[/name_m] - Feels unattractive.

[name_m]Derek[/name_m] - Dated old man name

[name_m]Tyrion[/name_m] - Feels slightly unappealing.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favourites are [name_u]Carter[/name_u], [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] & [name_m]Ryder[/name_m]/[name_m]Rider[/name_m]. [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Rider[/name_m] is an awesome combination.

Fun. I have sons named Cowen and [name_m]Eli[/name_m] so maybe you’ll like my other son’s name–[name_m]Oskar[/name_m] (spelled the [name_m]German[/name_m] way because of my heritage). I wouldn’t worry about the [name_m]Cohen[/name_m] problem–Cowan is a legitimate Irish name and Cowen/Cowan/[name_m]Coen[/name_m] are all legitimate surname names.

Also, I have a cousin named [name_m]Tyrin[/name_m] that seems a little more streamlined and easier than [name_m]Tyrion[/name_m]. His brother is Keston, which is a name I’ve always found quite appealing.

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] the name [name_m]Derek[/name_m], so I think my top pick would be [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Derek[/name_m] or [name_m]Coen[/name_m] [name_m]Derek[/name_m].

Good luck!

I love [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]! I really like [name_m]Eli[/name_m] as well. Not a fan of the others.

I love [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]! I would go for this and a shortish middle name.

[name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] is pretty darn great !!!

Thank you all for your suggestions!! I will have to throw some of these combinations at my dh and see what he thinks  I think I’m leaning towards an [name_m]Eli[/name_m]/ [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] combo

[name_m]Alexander[/name_m] is super handsome. I like [name_m]Eli[/name_m] but prefer it as a nickname for [name_u]Elias[/name_u] or [name_m]Elian[/name_m].
