I love the name [name_f]Mirena[/name_f] so so much (pronounced mih-[name_u]RAIN[/name_u]-uh) but I’m aware it’s an IUD. I’ve tried but I can’t seem to find any spelling I love as much as the original, even though I know that one could easily be pronounced as [name_f]Marina[/name_f].
Any suggestions?

Not sure if you’ve thought of these already but maybe Mireina/Mireyna/Miraena/Mirayna?
[name_f]Mireya[/name_f] also comes to mind as an alternative name altogether.
Because of the device I would be as different in spelling as possible. Marainah or Maraynah?
