It has a very similar sound, but not too close to [name]Penelope[/name] that it would be odd should the girls see each other often. [name]Phoebe[/name] has the same playful vibe that [name]Penelope[/name] has, and it is the perfect combination of sassy and sweet, youthful and sophisticated. Come to think of it, I happen to know a girl named [name]Phoebe[/name], and her middle name is - you guessed it! - [name]Penelope[/name]! [name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Penelope[/name]. Cool!
Anyway, is your last name [name]Grant[/name], as in your username? If so, I think [name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Grant[/name] is cute! You might want to go with a longer middle name than [name]Noelle[/name], but [name]Phoebe[/name] [name]Noelle[/name] is still very sweet, feminine, and charming!
