I think these are both absolutely beautiful, romantic, timeless sounding names with a vaguely sexy appeal, and I’ve fallen in love with both of them recently.
[name_f]Clementine[/name_f] was never really on my radar since it seems like such a fad, but I met a [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] in her 20s recently and she was so vibrant and beautiful and pulled it off so flawlessly. She made it seem more namely, if anything, and definitely ageless. (I know a little [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] and she’s cute but didn’t make me fall in love with it).
[name_f]Florence[/name_f] has the same feel to me. However, one thing that bothers me is they’re very trendy in the UK right now - I know two baby Florences, and it’s ranked #34 right now. [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] is around #500 currently, but I can see it absolutely blowing up in the next few years, and definitely entering the top 100 ([name_f]Evangeline[/name_f], [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f], [name_f]Constance[/name_f] and other similar, feminine-strong old lady type names are very very close). This is purely speculation, but I don’t want to try pretending it’s rare when it clearly isn’t.
Are there any that you’d suggest that feel less like overnight trends, whilst remaining beautifully romantic and timeless-feeling? Anything that feels similar, but is more rare? [name_f]Angelica[/name_f]/[name_f]Angelina[/name_f], [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f], [name_f]Emmanuelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Agatha[/name_f] are a few I have in mind, but are within the UK’s top 1000 already. (I know this is hardly ‘‘popular’’ but it takes a lot away for me, so please don’t suggest I’m overreacting: I’m very aware!)
