Hey, Berries! Is anyone familiar with this name? I came across it in my massive name hunt (and I think I heard a couple Scandinavian berries discussing it, too?), and I’m just wondering how it is pronounced. I’ve been saying ahl-VEEL-dah but I’m afraid that’s wrong. 
Ugh, I love Alvilda. In Danish, (and please bear in mind that I’m absolutely dreadful at attempting to spell something phonetically :D) we say ahl-VIHL-dah (if that makes any sense). I don’t know if this is helpful but here’s a ridiculously old Danish song that features a pronunciation of Alvilda (albeit a slightly singy pronunciation ;)).
