Thank you so much for the suggestions! lily mae is cute why isnt anything clicking? how do so many women just know? lol…im so scared of picking something and regretting…
I adore [name]Anna[/name] [name]Mae[/name], and [name]Ilana[/name] [name]Mae[/name] is very striking! I think [name]Lily[/name] [name]Mae[/name] or even [name]Lily[/name] [name]Madeline[/name] would be lovely as well.
[name]Anna[/name] [name]Rose[/name] is nice. But I like [name]Anna[/name] [name]Mirabelle[/name] better.
[name]Plenty[/name] of people don’t have names picked. A friend of mine went into hospital with a list of names, no idea what she was having, and took three days to decide on [name]Flynn[/name], which wasn’t on the list! Her neighbour went into hospital convinced she was having a boy (didn’t know, she was just convinced) so when she had a girl it took two days to agree on [name]Ruby[/name].
My brother was meant to be a [name]William[/name], but when he was born he looked like a [name]Ben[/name].
There’s no written law that says you must have the name picked out beforehand. Sometimes once you see the baby you just know the name
I am in exactly the same boat so you are not alone! I am two months away & can’t find any names that I love & I’ve looked for months! From your list, I love [name]Emma[/name] [name]Brooke[/name]! good luck! I’m sure whatever you chose will be beautiful!
I didn’t feel certain about the name that we picked for our daughter until I saw her! My husband picked it so he felt really definite, but I wasn’t so sure!! When I saw her face I just knew! Maybe that will happen for you or you will be able to pick from your list better once you meet her! Good luck!
I am in the EXACT same place and I have just stopped stressing even though I think it’s crazy to pick in the delivery room. (I feel like I need to live with the name for a week before she arrives to be sure.) I am due [name]March[/name] 30, getting induced [name]March[/name] 27. We still have no name. My husband won’t even talk about it with me anymore! It’s getting super annoying. I don’t know what to do! I can’t sleep thinking about it.
At first we couldn’t decide on a name that we both loved, and now I don’t even have one I am totally in love with either. I have read thousands of blogs, printed out the top 1,000 names from 2010, 2000, 1990, 1980 and even 1940! I am on this site constantly searching for inspiration and I don’t think I have the perfect name still! I truly never believed that people could make a decision in the delivery room, but I am hoping it will happen to me.
When are you due?
We have the same style of names. I love [name]Anna[/name] the most because it’s the least popular. But [name]Emma[/name] and [name]Lily[/name] are perfect names too! I also love [name]Madeline[/name]. All your names are great.
Our options are:
[name]Grace[/name]
[name]Marian[/name] “[name]Mae[/name]” (after all four of the great-grandmas)
[name]Caroline[/name]
[name]Sophie[/name]
[name]Bryn[/name]
[name]Abigail[/name]
[name]Madeline[/name]
I think [name]Lily[/name] [name]Mirabelle[/name] is best. [name]Anna[/name] [name]Rose[/name] just seems like there are thousands with the same combo out there.
[name]Anna[/name] by itself seems a bit bland, even though it’s beautiful it needs a little spicing up. [name]How[/name] about [name]Marianna[/name]. (Pronounced [name]Mare[/name]-ee-[name]AH[/name]-na). That way you get in [name]Anna[/name]. The names with -bella seem to be taking over, so just to be different I though it would be nice. Its always gotten a positive response from anyone I’ve told. Or how about [name]Annaliese[/name]? I plan on using it for our first girls mn. [name]Marianna[/name] [name]Rose[/name]. Since you like [name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Ilana[/name] how about [name]Milena[/name]? or [name]Mila[/name]? or [name]Alaina[/name]?
[name]How[/name] about [name]Liliana[/name]? Kind of combines [name]Lily[/name] and [name]Anna[/name]? [name]Ilana[/name] is pretty, I think I like [name]Ilana[/name] [name]Brooke[/name] better though Good luck!
[name]Anna[/name] [name]Mae[/name] is very sweet. I like it.
Have you considered any longer An- names with [name]Anna[/name] as a nickname? [name]Anneliese[/name] (or Roseliese for that matter, seeing as you like [name]Rose[/name]), [name]Annabelle[/name], [name]Antheia[/name] or maybe [name]Ania[/name]/[name]Anya[/name], to spice [name]Anna[/name] up a little?
[name]Madeline[/name] [name]Brooke[/name] is lovely but the nn of [name]Maddie[/name] would not suit me.
[name]Anna[/name] is classic and [name]Anna[/name] [name]Mirabella[/name] gives it frilly, flouncy vibe.
Have you considered [name]Amelia[/name]? [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Brooke[/name], [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Anne[/name], [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
amandaberry’s suggestion of [name]Anneliese[/name] is lovely.
I really like [name]Ilana[/name] [name]Mae[/name], it flows very nicely. [name]Emma[/name] and [name]Madeline[/name] [name]Brooke[/name] seem just ordinary to me, as does [name]Anna[/name] [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Anna[/name] [name]Mae[/name]. What about:
[name]How[/name] about using [name]Rose[/name] up front? [name]Rosalie[/name], even, if you think [name]Rose[/name] is too plain by itself. [name]Rosalie[/name] [name]Madeline[/name] or [name]Rose[/name] [name]Annabel[/name] would be really sweet.
