It took us the entirety of my pregnancy to choose our daugther’s name. We finally decided on and named her [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. We absolutely love it (thank goodness!) We get the feeling that our second will be a girl and I am already confusing myself. The prospect of choosing another girl’s name is daunting. Which do you think fits best with our sweet [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]?

[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Mirabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
Personally I think [name_f]Isla[/name_f] & [name_f]Violet[/name_f] would be best I do love some of your other names but some don’t flow for me (e.g. [name_f]Imogen[/name_f] is one of my favourite names but their sound just feels too similar)
Maybe look at the names in my signature for other ideas? I think some of them would work quite well -

You’re not alone! I love so many girl names that it’s hard to shorten them down and pair them with combos (I don’t like many boy names thankfully) so I’ve given up on pairing them until I’m pregnant with a girl and need to! Anyway…

I wouldn’t say you’re alone, but I would say I have the opposite problem–boys’ names are so much harder for me! I absolutely [name_f]ADORE[/name_f] the idea of [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Luella[/name_f] as sisters, though. So vintage and adorable! I also like [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Isla[/name_f], and [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] with [name_f]Adeline[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Luella[/name_f] or [name_f]Luella[/name_f] [name_f]Violet[/name_f] would be adorable!

[name_m]How[/name_m] do you feel about same letter sibsets? [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Ava[/name_f] (I like the anglo-saxon spelling and pronounciation of Aefre!)…or even [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]?
