Amar?

It means immortal in Sanskrit and long-lived in Arabic. I think it’s cute. What do you think, Berries?

[name_u]Amar[/name_u]! I think it’s absolutely beautiful. I have a great fondness for Sanskrit and Arabic names, so this name is no exception. :star2: :white_heart:

It feels like a great name for people with Arabic/Sanskrit heritage that want to honour their culture, but also want a name that will be versatile internationally. I’ve been thinking of the name [name_m]Omar[/name_m] lately which is also lovely, but I actually think I prefer [name_u]Amar[/name_u]!

I didn’t know it’s meaning in Sanskrit or Arabic, how lovely! But I’ve considered it because in Spanish, this word also means “To Love”, so it’s a beautiful choice overall I see! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I think it’ a lovely name! I have a neighbor with this name and it suits him quite well. It’s easy to spell and pronounce and I think it works on any age.

[name_u]Amar[/name_u] is lovely! [name_u]Bright[/name_u] and clear

It also means “to love” in Portuguese! I think it’s adorable.

I have a relative named [name_u]Amar[/name_u] who is a complete arsehole, but as a name I like it!
