When I got pregnant with my daughter, we had names ready to go. [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] for a girl, [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Gage[/name_m] for a boy. Now that we’re expecting again, we can’t agree on a girls name for anything!
If this baby is a boy, we’re leaning towards [name_m]Julian[/name_m] [name_m]Brooks[/name_m].
If it’s a girl, I love [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]. [name_f]My[/name_f] husband is not sold. Still looking for a middle name. Originally I was thinking [name_u]Rae[/name_u], it’s my middle name too.

Congrats! I think [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_u]Rae[/name_u] would be perfect. I also like [name_m]Julian[/name_m] [name_m]Brooks[/name_m], though I’d like [name_m]Julian[/name_m] [name_m]Gage[/name_m] even more.
A lot of the shorter ones would work with [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] as the middle, since your husband is not sold on it as a first. But I like the idea of using [name_u]Rae[/name_u], since I believe I just read in another thread that [name_f]Joy[/name_f] is after your mother’s middle name.

[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] and [name_m]Julian[/name_m] sounds like thay are cousins or friends, but [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] are from the same family,

[name_f]My[/name_f] daughter calls her [name_f]Viva[/name_f], so my only reservation is having two little girls with very similar nicknames. But since they are cousins it may be no big deal Plus, we don’t know that this baby will be a girl anyway, haha.
I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] too, but that’s another my husband doesn’t like. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is one of my favorites too.
We did name [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] after my mom, I love using family names. We considered using my grandmothers last time, maybe it’s time to revisit it. Her name is [name_f]Geneva[/name_f]. So we could do [name_f]Geneva[/name_f] [name_u]Rae[/name_u] with [name_f]Evie[/name_f] or [name_f]Eva[/name_f] as nickname possibilities.
Haha, [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] & [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] are in the same family! We would have named a boy [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] [name_m]Gage[/name_m] after my husband, [name_m]Ben[/name_m], & called him [name_m]Gage[/name_m]. I was really doubting that name towards the end of my pregnancy & was happy [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] ended up being a girl The other boy name we are considering is [name_m]Oliver[/name_m], but my niece (due Oct) is [name_f]Olivia[/name_f].
I really like [name_f]Madeline[/name_f], but there have been several little girls born in my friend group named [name_f]Madeline[/name_f] in the last few months.
