I pronounce it, most of the time, Uh-me-lee-ah. So four syllables. But if I don’t think too hard sometimes I pronounce it [name]Ah[/name]-meel-ya.

Haha, I’m with quirk. I think I say it w/ 4 quickly so it sounds more like 3 1/2.
