I’m curious what you think of the name [name_f]Amora[/name_f]. Thoughts? Associations? Have you ever met an [name_f]Amora[/name_f]? I never really see anyone talk about this name on Nameberry, though it ranks in the 300s in the US. [name_f]Amoret[/name_f] seems to come up more often here!
I think the name would appeal to people who like [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] or [name_f]Amara[/name_f], but want something less popular.

I think it’s quite pretty! I see the love meaning but I really adore it meaning blackberry in Portuguese! I definitely think it could be one of those unheard names like [name_f]Amoret[/name_f] which I think is nice compared to [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Amara[/name_f]. All the way around I think it’s very lovely.

I love the obvious love meaning that is clearly there without being cheesy + it’s easy to spell and pronounce.
I actually think [name_f]Amora[/name_f] is really sweet and I always think of the song ‘that’s amore’ by [name_u]Dean[/name_u] [name_m]Martin[/name_m] honestly if I had a daughter called [name_f]Amora[/name_f] that’s what I would be singing to her all the time! I think she does deserve more recognition on nameberry I just continuously forget to suggest her to people! It’s a great little name.
Amora is a lovely name! I think of the fruit (portuguese ) and also the word love ([name_u]Amor[/name_u]). I think it is really sweet. I’ve never met an [name_f]Amora[/name_f], but there was a Brasilian TV character with that name a few years ago.
[name_f]Aurora[/name_f] is one of my favorite names and I really adore the name [name_f]Amara[/name_f]! Both [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Amora[/name_f] make me think about colors and nature. [name_f]Amara[/name_f] is a beautiful and powerful name. [name_u]Amar[/name_u] means “to love” in portuguese too, so I associate [name_f]Amara[/name_f] with love too.
