I’d choose Amy! It’s much less popular and has much more meaning to me and to my family. I might go with Amy Elizabeth, Amy Olivia, Amy Violet, Amy Grace, Amy Josephine, or Amy Alice …
both names are on my personal list, but I think I’d be more inclined to go with [name_f]Amy[/name_f] at the moment! (I grew up loving the character [name_f]Amy[/name_f] Pond from doctor who so that name has a special place in my heart)
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is my favourite!
I can clearly see I’m in the minority but even though I do like [name_f]Amy[/name_f] I just feel that [name_f]Ava[/name_f] sparkles more. [name_f]Ava[/name_f] to me is a lovely name with an old school Hollywood vibe which sounds gorgeous with [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]. [name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is beautiful. Also I don’t personally know many Ava’s I’ve only met two so it doesn’t feel overdone in comparison too the likes of [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] & [name_f]Isla[/name_f]
[name_m]Even[/name_m] though it is so common right now, I would still vote [name_f]Ava[/name_f].
[name_f]Amy[/name_f] is just a name I associate with people aged 35-50.
