An old favorite back to make me doubt myself

While me and my hubby has temorarily stopped ttc, we had all of our names planned to a perfect little t. However, a name i always loved, i suddenly ran across and now i dont know what to do! We had always planned on naming our first daughter, [name]Alice[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] [name]Louisa[/name] G______. However, now i am thinking about how much i love the name [name]Bridget[/name], and how long i have loved the name. I can always remember wanting to name my first daughter [name]Bridget[/name] because i loved it so much, and now that i ran across it i realize i love it just as much as i ever did! However i have become really connected with the name [name]Alice[/name], as it has ben our plan for a while now. But i cant get the idea of [name]Bridget[/name] out of my head! Should [name]Alice[/name] be put in 2nd place for [name]Bridget[/name]? or should [name]Bridget[/name] wait in 2nd?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Darn childhood favorites :stuck_out_tongue:

I actually prefer [name]Bridget[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] [name]Louisa[/name]. It is beautiful, and I think the flow is better than [name]Alice[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] [name]Louisa[/name] (due to the repeated short a in [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Madeleine[/name]). [name]Alice[/name] is fine, but I think [name]Bridget[/name] and [name]Madeleine[/name] complement each other exceptionally well.

My little sister is named [name]Bridget[/name] and she loves it because she was the only [name]Bridget[/name] in her school ever. I am [name]Sarah[/name] so I was jealous! lol.
I love [name]Bridget[/name], but if [name]Alice[/name] is what you and hubby love you should discuss it with him. What does he think of [name]Bridget[/name]?

I really love [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Bridget[/name], so I can see your dilemma. They’re both great, but if you and your husband have agreed on [name]Alice[/name] I would stick with [name]Alice[/name] and make [name]Bridget[/name] your top girl name for baby number two.
