[name_f]Angelina[/name_f] would be nice to match [name_m]Santino[/name_m] as it means “little angel” and [name_m]Santino[/name_m] means “little Saint”. [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] because mom’s name is [name_u]Lisa[/name_u] which derives from [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is Italian for [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f].
Last name is [name_m]Clemente[/name_m]!

Both options seem great for you!
I personally prefer [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] and I also like it for you because it honors you mom. But [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] is a good idea as well, the meaning is very cute.

[name_f]Angelina[/name_f] is a very pretty name that goes well with the other names and maybe her middle name could be [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]? [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_m]Clemente[/name_m]. 
I love both, but I definitely prefer [name_f]Angelina[/name_f]

I prefer [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] with her brothers! [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is a nice honor, but I don’t think it is quite the stylistic match that [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] is.

Lisa - Elizabeth - Isabella is way too lose a connection for me… Isabella is a pretty name. But I know a lot of Isabella’s and zero Angelina’s!
