My mom is taking a trip to the Netherlands right now, and she has met someone with the name Anikka (ann-ee-kuh or ann-ih-kuh). It is similar to [name]Annika[/name] which you sometimes see on the message boards. So just wondering whsat you thought!
I am a bit causious of alternate spellings, because it forces the wearer to spell her name her whole life (“[name]Hi[/name], I am Anikka, with 2 K’s and 1 N, NOT two N’s please”)
I kinda like [name]Annika[/name] though.

While Anikka may be a common spelling in the Netherlands it would be considerably more difficult to live with in the US. I have heard of spelling the name [name]Anika[/name] to get the pronunciation: Ahn-ee-ka which is much more straightforward. Sweet name.
