When I read [name_f]Ann[/name_f] I remembered of The [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_u]Royal[/name_u] (her name is [name_f]Anne[/name_f]), and [name_u]Francis[/name_u] reminded me of [name_m]King[/name_m] [name_u]Francis[/name_u] II of [name_f]France[/name_f]. It’s a very adorable sibset. I love it!
No, I do not think of [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Frank[/name_m]. I think [name_f]Ann[/name_f] and [name_u]Francis[/name_u] work as siblings.
It doesn’t make me think [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Frank[/name_m] right off the bat. It’s more the rhyming of [name_f]Anne[/name_f] & [name_u]Fran[/name_u] that would steer me in another direction. My brain just tends to prefer contrasting sounds in a list of names such as a sibling set. I do think that it would be hard to guarantee a [name_u]Francis[/name_u] or [name_f]Frances[/name_f] was never ever called [name_m]Frank[/name_m] or [name_u]Frankie[/name_u]. So eventually the [name_f]Ann[/name_f] & [name_m]Frank[/name_m] thing might come up, maybe, but I can’t see it being a big thing at all.
If I heard “[name_f]Ann[/name_f] and [name_u]Francis[/name_u]” [name_m]IRL[/name_m], I’d probably think their parents liked old-fashioned names. I wouldn’t think the names were an intentional [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Frank[/name_m] reference.
Aww crap I voted ‘no’ because in the post you asked if it does remind me of [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Frank[/name_m], then realised you worded the poll the other way. I mean ‘yes’. It does work.
[name_f]Ann[/name_f] and [name_u]Francis[/name_u] are so classic I think they transcend associations.
I love [name_f]Anne[/name_f] and [name_u]Francis[/name_u] and they sound great together!
I would just think you liked classic names. I think they work fine together.
I thought of [name_f]Anne[/name_f] [name_m]Frank[/name_m] straight away! The names are very dated in my opinion anyway.
