What are your thoughts on [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] as a combo? I don’t have a problem with the run-on As because of the “aud” sounds at the beginning of [name_f]Audrey[/name_f], but I wanted to get other’s opinions.
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] is what I always thought I would name a little girl (nn [name_f]Annie[/name_f]), but [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is my grandmother’s name, which I would love to use as a middle.
I’ve had the same issue with using family name [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] as a middle but I also love M names. I drew the line at [name_f]Martha[/name_f] and [name_f]Marnie[/name_f] because of the repeating first 3 letters.
I don’t think [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] crosses that line. Personally I prefer [name_f]Annie[/name_f] as a first name and it would reduce an A from the combo.
In the end its not often the whole name is used
I really like [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]. I’m generally ok with alliteration, though.
I think it’s okay. Besides, she probably wouldn’t be called by her full name very often.
The a at the end of [name_f]Anna[/name_f] kind of runs into the beginning of [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]. However, honoring a loved one trumps the need for immaculate flow.
I think [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] sounds lovely; I would even be tempted to call her by both names from time to time.
