We are expecting a new baby in [name_u]March[/name_u], a little sister to [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f]. I was looking forward to canvassing opinions on Nameberry, but it looks like that won’t be necessary, as my husband and I have both fallen for . . .
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f]!
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] is an old favourite of mine and was almost [name_f]Anna[/name_f]'s name. We still love it second time around. It fits our main criteria of a timeless name that goes well with our Italian last name (which sounds a bit like the Italian wine Chianti, but ending in an 'o). [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is my mother’s middle name ([name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] was my grandmother’s name). We aren’t telling people the name yet, as we want to retain the right to change our minds, but right now, we are both feeling so excited about our little Liddy.
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is lovely, and her name will fit in so well with her big sister. Its great you managed to find the perfect name with months to spare!
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is so charming and sweet -i love it!! It fits perfectly with [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] (which is lovely btw!)
Liddy is super lovely and I think [name_f]Lilou[/name_f] would be cute too

Part of me is a little sad that we reached a consensus so quickly, as I enjoy the naming process, and this will probably be the last baby I get to name!

I know how you feel! I love debating names when there is an actual baby to name. Beautiful name and it pairs great with [name_f]Anna[/name_f].
I understand that it’s a little sad to decide on a name so soon but what’s even better than the naming process is picking the perfect name! Of course you have time to change your mind but [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] [name_f]Louise[/name_f] is adorable and complements [name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] well
