I prefer [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] over [name_f]Annelise[/name_f]. But both [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are gorgeous! I also love [name_f]Annie[/name_f], and [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] is pretty cute (recently, I saw [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] as a nickname for [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and I also like it). Which one sounds better with your last name?

I’d vote for [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] because it sounds a bit better than [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. But whatever name you’ll choose, it would be perfect!

I voted [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] - I like this spelling and makes it a full, non-mushy name in my mind. But I wouldn’t be bothered by [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] and can see it might be easier! [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Annie[/name_f]! I love [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] too but you don’t and she’d get that or [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] or [name_f]Char[/name_f] at least a good deal of the time. Good luck!

[name_u]Arlo[/name_u] was a name I was playing around with if we were having a boy as it’s cute with our sons nn [name_m]Leo[/name_m], but may be a little too matchy?? [name_m]Son[/name_m] is [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m] w nn coming from initials. Last name is Italian, but doesn’t sound or look all that Italian until you say it. It’s a soft flowing 3 syllable last name that most names go well with. Both [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] work. I lean a little towards [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] bc it has a more international feel to it that may work better with [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m], since we don’t want to limit ourselves to Italian names.

Definitely prefer the [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] spelling, but [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] Anneleise [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is my favourite. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the suggestion of [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] as a nn, so cute and spunky! [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] would be a very cute sibset though.

Oh, now that you have said your child name, I do think [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] goes better. [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Annie[/name_f] are nice and international.

I think [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] flows better, but I like [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] more as a first and with [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m] (such a great name btw!), so my vote goes to [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f].

I love [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] and that spelling looks more International to me. [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Annie[/name_f] are great together. [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is stunning! On a side note, if you referred to [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_u]Arlo[/name_u], or [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] I would assume that both of your children were boys.

I agree with [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] and [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]. I want to stay away from unisex names. I would either call them [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Annie[/name_f], [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f], [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Liesel[/name_f], [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] or [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Lottie[/name_f], [name_m]Leo[/name_m] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f] or [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m] and [name_f]Annelise[/name_f]/[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]. We call him [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m] when we are in official settings.

Another question. [name_m]How[/name_m] do YOU pronounce [name_f]Annelise[/name_f]? [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f]?

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] got my vote. [name_m]How[/name_m] do you feel about [name_f]Carly[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]? Not traditional but not a stretch…plus [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is CAR…so the nn can come from that like [name_m]Leo[/name_m] for [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m].

[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] is such a beautiful standout!

In Italian, [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is [name_f]Carlotta[/name_f]. We prefer [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] over [name_f]Carlotta[/name_f], but since my husbands family is Italian, we could justify calling her [name_f]Carla[/name_f] or yes, [name_f]Carly[/name_f]. I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], but is it possible to not have her go by any nns??

Thanks! I have loved it for years, but unfortunately, my husband prefers [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] unless I insist. Someone told me that [name_f]Annelise[/name_f]/[name_f]Annalise[/name_f]/[name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] was very popular today. I feel like I am missing something. I have only met maybe 2 my entire life.

I pronounce [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] and [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] differently. [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] is An-na-leese while [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] is An-na-lee-sa. It sounds like the An-na-leese pronunciation is what you’re going for, so I would go with [name_f]Annelise[/name_f].

Between [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Annelise[/name_f], I personally prefer [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], but I think I like [name_f]Annelise[/name_f] better with her brother’s name.
