Annie and Alice as sisters?

Are [name]Anne[/name] ([name]Annie[/name]) and [name]Alice[/name] too similar for sisters? We initially disregarded it for this reason but I just love [name]Alice[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name] for our girls name. What do you think?

Many thanks, [name]Lily[/name]

I think [name]Annie[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] are lovely together (not too matchy) and the combination [name]Alice[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name] is just stunning!

Not at all! They compliment each other without being cutesy.

I think the names sound lovely together. They’re similar, what with the [name]Ah[/name] at the beginning, without being too similar. [name]Anne[/name](nn [name]Annie[/name]) and [name]Alice[/name] sound sweet in a way that [name]Jayden[/name] and [name]Brayden[/name] do not!
I knew a brother and sister named [name]Adam[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] once.

I think that as long as you avoid “[name]Allie[/name]” as a nickname for [name]Alice[/name], you are fine. They are lovely names together.

I too think that [name]Anne[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] are a lovely pair, and by the way [name]Alice[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name] is classic and enchanting.

Thanks everyone, We’ll put that back into contention then! Think we are deciding between [name]Alice[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name], [name]Catherine[/name] [name]Alice[/name], [name]Mary[/name] [name]Helen[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Mary[/name].

Oh I’ve just noticed that they’d both have the same initials - Miss A E [name]Potter[/name]… Does that matter do we think?

[name]Annie[/name] and [name]Alice[/name] make a nice pair!

I noticed that you have a [name]Lily[/name], [name]James[/name], and [name]Henry[/name] [name]Potter[/name]. Funny.
