I love [name_f]Alma[/name_f] and [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] together. In close second, [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]/[name_u]Theo[/name_u].
I don’t find [name_m]Felix[/name_m] too trendy, but I don’t think it sounds the best with your last name.
Good luck!
I love [name_f]Alma[/name_f]! [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] would make a fantastic choice for her brother.
I like all of your choices except for [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and voted for [name_u]Theo[/name_u]. My second choice would be [name_m]Felix[/name_m] followed by [name_m]Oscar[/name_m]. Good luck.
[name_m]Oscar[/name_m] is so cute , no one ever uses it , and you could call him ozzy
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m] or [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]!
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m] by far.
I like [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] with [name_f]Alma[/name_f] both are two syllables. What are you thinking for a middle name. [name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] Sh/wick?
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m] is a close second fav!
I think [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] is the most popular name of the four. I think [name_u]Theo[/name_u] and [name_f]Alma[/name_f] sound sweet together. [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and [name_f]Alma[/name_f] too. I like [name_m]Felix[/name_m] but it might not sound great with the surname. I don’t love [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] and [name_f]Alma[/name_f] together.
I absolutely love the name [name_f]Alma[/name_f]… I love it so much.
Out of your four boy names, my favorite on its own is [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] with nickname [name_u]Theo[/name_u]. With [name_f]Alma[/name_f], I think [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] might have [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] beat by a small margin as the best match, stylistically and best-sounding together. I like [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], too. Although I adore the meaning of [name_m]Felix[/name_m], I could never get around to liking its sound.
I voted for [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] I love the name and I like the symmetry with [name_f]Alma[/name_f] as they both have four letters and two syllables. [name_m]Felix[/name_m] would be second runner up. I like [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] the least, he’s a little too long.
There’s a song I love about an old couple named [name_f]Alma[/name_f] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] that’s absolutely gorgeous (and in Norwegian) so if I were to suggest anything else it would definitely be [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_f]Alma[/name_f] have the same calm, quiet quality.
I always loved [name_f]Alma[/name_f], [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and [name_f]Enid[/name_f] as a potential sibset as [name_f]Alma[/name_f] is Spanish for ‘soul’, [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] means ‘heart/mind’ and [name_f]Enid[/name_f] means ‘spirit’. That’s another thing that made me vote for [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] ^^
My favourite is [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] although [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] would fit as well. I think [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] would feel a little too grand wit your surname.
I think [name_u]Theo[/name_u] as a given name is a better choice than [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] to match your [name_f]Alma[/name_f]. The only name that doesn’t sound great to me is [name_m]Felix[/name_m] with your last name, too guttural IMHO. Keep in mind my husband just nixed [name_u]Theo[/name_u] for our baby, so I’m biased!
I voted [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], it’s a lovely name and seems perfect with [name_f]Alma[/name_f]. [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] (nn.[name_u]Teddy[/name_u]) would be my second choice. I like both [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] but they don’t feel quite right with [name_f]Alma[/name_f].
I love [name_m]Felix[/name_m], but with a last name rhyming with wick, I would go with [name_m]Oscar[/name_m]. I would use the nickname [name_m]Oz[/name_m]!
While I really like [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m] goes really well with [name_f]Alma[/name_f]. They both have that vintage-y cool vibe.
Wow such great names! My favorite is probably [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] but [name_f]Alma[/name_f] and [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] clash too much for me. I like [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] because of all the nicknames. [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] is so cute for a little boy but [name_u]Theo[/name_u] works well on an older child/adult. [name_f]Alma[/name_f] and [name_u]Theo[/name_u] is great together as well.
In order I like:
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m]
[name_m]Oscar[/name_m]
[name_m]Hugo[/name_m]
[name_m]Felix[/name_m]
I really like the name [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] for a boy. [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] and [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] are good also, however I prefer [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] as [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] always makes me think of [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Boss[/name_m]. I do not personally like the name [name_m]Felix[/name_m].
I don’t think you can go wrong with any of these – they’re all great names! [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] was my great-grandfather’s name (and the current name of our black lab) so I’m partial to that, but I think [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] sounds and goes the best with [name_f]Alma[/name_f]. It’s a perfect pair!
