I will soon be the proud father of twin girls in 4 and a half months. My grandma who recently passed away Anna, was a special figue in my life. I really want to honor her in naming one of my twins that. I am still looking for name suggestions. My family says its ok to name them after her to honor her. I really want to name them a mix of Erika and Anna, Erika because I really like that name since I was 14 and I think it really goes well with one of my surnames which is Remarque (I have 2) any suggestions Nameberry!!

[name_f]Erin[/name_f] could also be a possiblity its kind of like an Anagram for [name_m]Erik[/name_m] or [name_f]Erika[/name_f] except [name_m]Erik[/name_m] and [name_f]Erika[/name_f] have no N’s

Annika was the first that came to mind for me as well. Also, I agree that Eirian would work well.
I like the idea of separating the two names versus trying to create a name with [name_f]Anna[/name_f] & [name_f]Erika[/name_f] together. Personally I wouldn’t suggest naming one twin [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and the other [name_f]Erika[/name_f] as it somewhat reminds me of [name_f]Anna[/name_f] & [name_f]Elsa[/name_f].

Loving the above suggestions if [name_f]Annika[/name_f] and [name_f]Elise[/name_f]. I’m not sure where [name_f]Alice[/name_f] falls into all of this but Alicianna came to mind altho that’s be more of a mix of [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f].
