Ok, first of all, this is a hypothetical situation - but still fun to dream of. My husband and I have been ttc for over a year now, and my doctor has reccomended I take Clomid (a mild fertility drug). There is a slight chance of twins when taking this. I think it would be so fun to have twins, though I know it would be a hand full at times! So, I just thought it would be fun to think of what we might name twins if we ended up with two babies instead of one. But I also love hearing your suggestions, so if you want to. And our hypothetical twins, here is our criteria…
Middle names for girls would be [name]Diane[/name]/[name]Diana[/name], [name]Joy[/name]/[name]Joelle[/name]/[name]Jocelyn[/name]/[name]Joyce[/name], or [name]Ellen[/name]
Middle names for boys would be Collane (fam name), [name]Daniel[/name]/[name]Dane[/name], or [name]Ward[/name]/[name]Edward[/name]
For girls, feminine, girly, or cute & spunky
For boys, strong manly
nothing hard to pronounce or spell
preferably not in the top 100, but definitely not the top 20 or so
unique, but nothing too out there
or classic, but unexpected
not too crazy about “old people names”
nothing too matchy
prefer different first initial for each twin
A name that works with last name that sounds like Maener
Can’t wait to see your suggestions!! Can be bb twins, gg, or bg.
Boy names
[name]Callum[/name] [name]Daniel[/name]
[name]Theodore[/name] [name]Edward[/name]
[name]Elliott[/name] [name]Dane[/name]
Sibsets I like together
[name]Serena[/name] and [name]Theodore[/name] (G/B)
[name]Elliott[/name] and [name]Callum[/name] (B/B)
[name]Greta[/name] and [name]Bridget[/name] (G/G)
Thanks for all the suggestions and combos! So fun seeing what you all have come up with, without really knowing what kind of names we like. You all gave me some suggestions I never really considered. So I have lots to think on…
So far my favorite suggestions were:
[name]Clara[/name] [name]Joy[/name] ([name]LOVE[/name] it!! Unfortunately [name]Clara[/name] clashes with our last name.)
[name]Ariella[/name] [name]Joy[/name] (such a pretty, happy sounding name)
[name]Serena[/name] [name]Joyce[/name]
[name]Vivian[/name] [name]Diana[/name] (similar to a couple on our list, [name]Viviana[/name] [name]Diane[/name], or [name]Vivienne[/name] [name]Diane[/name])
[name]Weston[/name] [name]Daniel[/name]
[name]Weston[/name] Collane
[name]Elliott[/name] [name]Dane[/name]
[name]Levi[/name] [name]Daniel[/name]
