Anyone have a child named Wren?

My dh really, really likes this name and I like it. It’s growing on me and I like it more each day. It was actually on my first list and my dh vetoed it so I never gave it much thought. But now, all of a sudden, he likes it and wants to use it. I hear the name get tossed around a lot but I’ve never actually met anyone with the name. Between my family and friends it’s either a love it or hate it name. So anyway…,

Has anyone here named their child [name_u]Wren[/name_u]? If so, does the name suit your daughter? And what type of responses do you get when you say her name?

My dd [name_u]Sage[/name_u] always gets compliments on her name and I’d like her little sister to get some too.

I haven’t named a child [name_u]Wren[/name_u], but I do know a girl named Rhen (as a nn for [name_f]Catherine[/name_f], actually) and I remember my initial impression was that it was very pretty and unique. I think [name_u]Wren[/name_u] as a sister to [name_u]Sage[/name_u] is a very good fit, as well. To me, they’re both one syllable, whimsical nature names.
