Hey all. Still so confused with girls names. We are in southern ireland so people will be familiar with all three names.
What are all your opinions on these three names for a girl.
[name_f]Aoife[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f]
[name_f]Kate[/name_f]

I like both [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. [name_f]Kate[/name_f] is a bit boring for me, for my age group it was one of the most popular names (I’m 19) so I was in school with lots of Kates.
Personally I prefer [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. It’s a classic but people seem to have stopped using it so it isn’t over popular.

Yes we love [name_f]Anna[/name_f] too our problem is that it’s gotten very popular here and especially with frozen we are afraid that when Lo goes to school her class would be full of Annas!!!
I adore [name_f]Anna[/name_f]. I feel neutral about [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] and [name_f]Kate[/name_f]. [name_f]Anna[/name_f] is a name that can easily fit with so many different personalities. It is ageless, has a wonderful meaning, and is feminine but not frilly.
I like them all! The combos I like are
[name_f]Aoife[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f]
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] (used as a double-barreled name might set her apart)
I’m not big into [name_f]Kate[/name_f] [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] or [name_f]Kate[/name_f] [name_f]Anna[/name_f]… it starts to sound a bit like katana to me!
I adore [name_f]Aoife[/name_f]! I am so in love with this name. [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] would be a beautiful name.
I’ve got to go with [name_f]Kate[/name_f] <3 Aoife is quite sweet, I’m not sure why I’m not really warming to that one. Anna just feels a bit run-of-the-mill to me, but that could just be a Scottish thing. Kate, to me, connotes a kind of elegance which I LOVE, and also it works for a young girl and an adult, which is always a plus. It’s a nice familiar name, but not overly used.
I think all 3 names are lovely. [name_f]Anna[/name_f] is my favourite though.

I am nuetral on [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] but love [name_f]Kate[/name_f].
[name_f]Kate[/name_f] is one of the few names where I really like a double barrel. My absolute favourite being [name_f]Mary[/name_f]-[name_f]Kate[/name_f].
I really love Aiofe! It’s such a beautiful name with a lot of personality and a gentleness about it. [name_f]Kate[/name_f] and [name_f]Anna[/name_f] honestly I find a bit boring but I think [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] would be a cute name - maybe even a double barrel first name?
I love [name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Aoife[/name_f]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Kate[/name_f], but for a middle… know way too many to pick as a first.
I’m really surprised at how many like [name_f]Aoife[/name_f]!! Yes we are thinking maybe [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] with [name_f]Kate[/name_f] as Middle name or maybe [name_f]Aoife[/name_f] with mae but don’t know of it’s gotten too common.
I absolutely adore [name_f]Aoife[/name_f]! It’s so lilting and beautiful. I live in the US, so I’m not sure that I would use it because of pronunciation issues.
[name_f]Anna[/name_f] and [name_f]Kate[/name_f] are both lovely. You can’t go wrong!
