My husband absolutely loves this name but I’m worried it a little too “much”…the rhymyness of both ending in A and both names being on the frilly/long side.
The other middle names on our list are:
[name]Arabella[/name] [name]Mae[/name]
[name]Arabella[/name] [name]Rose[/name] (although this is my older daughter’s middle name and I’m not sure about using it)
[name]Arabella[/name] [name]Claire[/name]
[name]Arabella[/name] [name]Serena[/name]
I’ve noticed my husband really loves fancy, “princess” sounding names, so that’s the feel we’re going for. I just don’t want it to be too precious and cutesy, I’d prefer classy and elegant.
I love [name]Arabella[/name]! But I think [name]Arabella[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] is a bit to much. I really like [name]Arabella[/name] [name]Mae[/name] a lot (:
[name]Arabella[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] works just fine, but it is pretty frilly. I was going to suggest [name]Celeste[/name] or [name]Juliet[/name] too!
What about:
[name]Martine[/name]
[name]June[/name]
[name]Eve[/name]
[name]Iris[/name]
[name]Selene[/name]
[name]Corinne[/name]
[name]Elizabeth[/name]
[name]Catherine[/name]
[name]Vivian[/name]
[name]Ruby[/name]
I like [name]Arabella[/name] [name]Sophia[/name]! What’s wrong with frilly? If she turns out to be a rough and tumble tomboy you could call her [name]Ari[/name].
I don’t mind double -a endings a bit. Is [name]Arabella[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] very frilly? Sure, but if that’s what you like, go for it, I think they sound nice together.
