I’ve never heard of it, but hopefully someone who knows its origin will come along! 
It seems that Aramaya is a location… I googled it and it popped up several places like Venezuela and Sri Lanka! I heard of the name [name]Amaya[/name] but Aramaya is rather new!
It’s also the name of a book too, Aramaya by [name]Jane[/name] Routley. It came out about 10 years ago.
