I am personally not fond of Archard. It actually looks like a typo of [name_m]Richard[/name_m] or orchard.
I’m not a huge fan of Archard - it sounds like Orchard and [name_m]Archer[/name_m] mixed up.
I like it! I don’t know what’s wrong with Archard 
Looks like [name_m]Archibald[/name_m] or Arcadius.
Archard is my surname and I’ve spent my whole life spelling it out whenever I give my name.
It’s actually [name_m]French[/name_m] in origin and is pronounced 'Arsh-ard", but no Anglo people ever pronounce it that way.
