I’m trying to find a good middle name for [name_m]Archer[/name_m] I’ve got time, I’m not due until Dec 1st. This is our first son. [name_m]Archer[/name_m] is set to be his first name no matter what though.
We thought we settled on [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]Cole[/name_m], but I’m second guessing it. OH loves it, and in a way it honors him (though thats not why we chose it). He’d rather no honoring names in general though. I tried using “nick” names to honor my grandfather who goes by [name_u]Nick[/name_u], but those were all veto’d. OH also loves that since the surname is Ejdowski, the initials will be [name_m]ACE[/name_m]. He finds that super cool, hehe. I don’t mind either way, but his enthusiasm for our sons name / initials is sweet.
Anyway. I would love some middle name suggestions. [name_m]Cole[/name_m] just feels to standard and boring to me… I don’t want any filler middle names. No [name_u]James[/name_u], no [name_m]Patrick[/name_m], no [name_m]Michael[/name_m]… I don’t want something over the top creative, but something interesting.
So… [name_m]Archer[/name_m] ____ Ejdowski? (Ejdowski is pronounced eh-[name_m]DOW[/name_m]-skee, by the way).

For what it’s worth, I think [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]Cole[/name_m] is a pretty cool name!
No one thinks [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]Cole[/name_m] is too filler? I think maybe it got “old” to me because we’ve loved it for so long? Me and him had decided our first son would be [name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]Cole[/name_m] over a year before I got pregnant. And it feels… idk! In my home state [name_m]Cole[/name_m] is in the top 100, so there are a fair amount of Coles around here <3

I really like a few… Grey’s a name my OH mentioned liking a lot before! Do you think Archer Grey sounds R heavy? Or is the flow alright? <3 I like Lennox and Graham a lot though, they seem so handsome. And Flynn’s pretty cool

[name_m]Archer[/name_m] [name_m]Cole[/name_m] is very handsome, and i sorta agree with your OH that the initials [name_m]ACE[/name_m] are all kinds of awesome, lol. Maybe that could even be his nn?
Also, [name_m]Cole[/name_m] actually could be considered an abbreviation of [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] (similar sound in the middle), so if you look at it like that then you’re getting your honoring name without even meaning too
