My partner likes this name due to all the connections - bear meaning, Greek mythology, universe name.
What do you think of Arcturus? I feel I would prefer it in the middle spot as it feels so daring. Any Nicknames to make Arcturus feel more familiar if placed if FN spot?

I like your combo of Arcturus [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] [name_m]Kian[/name_m] a lot and I think [name_m]Tor[/name_m] is a really great nickname – I also like [name_m]Archie[/name_m], but [name_m]Tor[/name_m] is cooler. Arcturus [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] even works, as does [name_m]Kian[/name_m] Arcturus [name_m]Vincent[/name_m]. I think it could work well in any spot but I do agree it could be a brave name to put first!
Arcturus is a very cool name with great history and meanings - I like it a lot. I would like nicknames [name_m]Arty[/name_m], [name_m]Aro[/name_m], [name_u]Asa[/name_u] and [name_f]Arkie[/name_f], and do like your idea of [name_m]Tor[/name_m].
As you are questioning it now as a first due to being rather bold, yes, it might be best for you as a middle. [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] Arcturus [name_m]Kian[/name_m] would make for a nice combo (I feel that [name_m]Kian[/name_m] flows better here than [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] does).
