Are "Elianna" and "Anika" too similar?

I really love both Elianna and Anika, but I’m worried that they sound too similar. Are they different enough to be used as sister names, or are they too similar?

Update: Thanks everyone for your suggestions! I forgot to mention it earlier, but if I used these names I would be pronouncing them as Ah-ni-ka and El-i-ahna; that’s why I’m worried that they will sound too similar.

If you pronounce them the same as I do it’s fine. I say:
[name_f]Anika[/name_f] = Uh-Ni-Ka
[name_f]Elianna[/name_f] = [name_f]El[/name_f]-i-ana
They make beautiful sister names btw!!

I say they sound fine together!

LMAO my names [name_f]Eliane[/name_f] and my best friend in kindergarden was called [name_f]Annika[/name_f]:joy:

Personally I wouldn’t use [name_f]Elianna[/name_f] as a name because I hate my name. I think it sound masculine and I don’t like the ana sound but to each their own.

I think they sound different enough to be names for sisters.

They are really nice together.

I like both names and I think they sound different enough for sisters.

I say [name_m]Ah[/name_m]-nick-uh for [name_f]Anika[/name_f] and would say [name_f]Ell[/name_f]-ee-ann-uh for [name_f]Elianna[/name_f] (versus [name_f]Annicka[/name_f] as [name_f]Ann[/name_f]-ick-uh and [name_f]Ell[/name_f]-ee-on-uh for [name_f]Eliana[/name_f]).

[name_f]Lovely[/name_f] for sisters, not too similar at all

Totally beautiful!
