[name_f]My[/name_f] Aunt and Uncle are having a baby boy. They are accepting name suggestions. I think [name_m]Keith[/name_m] would be an awesome name for the little guy. It works really well with the last name and fits with the vibe of his siblings’ names. The only problem is there is there is already another cousin named [name_m]Keefer[/name_m]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think this name is too similar for me to suggest it?
Depends on how often they see that cousin! If it’s only a handful of times a year or less, I think it’s fine.

Too close for siblings, but I think they’re fine for cousins

I agree, for cousins I think it’s okay! [name_m]Keith[/name_m] is actually kind of adorable on a little one, I’m surprised by how much I like it.

If they see [name_m]Keefer[/name_m] often, and want a name that’s really distinct to them, then [name_m]Keith[/name_m] is too close to [name_m]Keefer[/name_m].
