Are these girl names?

Esli (maybe a different spelling?)
Eliam (kinda gave me Miriam vibes, which I like)

We have been thinking about Elora or Eliora and these just came up and I thought I would try them on for size, but wanted to see if they sounded feminine.

I’ve never heard of Esli but it sounds like it could be a girls’ name or at least unisex. I think it would be cool on a girl!

[name_m]Eliam[/name_m] feels like a boys’ name to me, I think it is a male name in the Bible and it reminds me of [name_u]Elias[/name_u] and William/Liam.

I found Esli on a different website listed as a boy’s name and a second site listed as unisex. It can go either way, but I think it leans masculine, imo.

[name_m]Eliam[/name_m] reminds me of [name_u]Elias[/name_u] or [name_m]William[/name_m] / [name_u]Liam[/name_u] as well, so I think it’s more masculine than feminine.

[name_f]Elora[/name_f] is so pretty!! I’m sorry I’m no use on [name_m]Eliam[/name_m] and Esli but right now I’m swooning over Elora! I adore names with a strong O sound. [name_f]Elora[/name_f] definitely has that and cute nicknames like [name_f]Lori[/name_f] and Rory. If [name_f]Elora[/name_f] just isn’t it for you then think about [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and maybe even Lorelei! All in all…have faith in Elora! It’s beautiful

Esli seems totally gender neutral to me, so I think it works for a girl! [name_m]Eliam[/name_m] just feels too masculine to me (although I see where you’re coming from with the [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] vibes). It just seems to similar to [name_u]Elias[/name_u] and [name_m]Ephraim[/name_m] for me to consider it anything but masculine.

[name_m]Eliam[/name_m] is traditionally a Hebrew boys name and [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] is a girls name but [name_m]Elior[/name_m] is gender neutral.

[name_m]Eliam[/name_m] is a boy name. Esli sounds unisex. You might like Salem.

Esli seems neutral, leaning feminine. It’s pretty, but I misread it as [name_f]Elsi[/name_f] first.

I can see that [name_m]Eliam[/name_m] is like [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] but the vibes are quite different for me. [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] makes me think of blossom trees, looking for fairies and sun shining through trees, [name_m]Eliam[/name_m] looks like a mix of [name_u]Eli[/name_u] and [name_u]Liam[/name_u] and so feels very masculine.

[name_f]Elora[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] are beautiful. I slightly prefer [name_f]Eliora[/name_f], but you can’t go wrong with those two. Perhaps you’d like [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f], [name_f]Eliana[/name_f], Leora/Liora or Eloisa?? I think [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] would be a gorgeous combination!

Esli is spunky and cool

[name_m]Eliam[/name_m] is soft and gentle. I quite like it.

I do prefer [name_f]Eliora[/name_f] or [name_f]Elora[/name_f] though

According to Behind the Name, Esli has two origins and is masculine in Hebrew and feminine in Karachay-Balkar, so I guess it can work on both

[name_m]Eliam[/name_m] looks very masculine to me
