Are these name too much?

We are thinking about a 3 rd child. We have [name]Ellison[/name] [name]Grace[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Edward[/name]. Is [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Abbott[/name] or [name]Zachariah[/name] [name]Abbott[/name] too much? Out last name starts with a “C” so I’m not sure about HAC as initials. But I just found out my great grandmothers maiden name was [name]Nellie[/name] [name]Abbott[/name] and I just love it. We would shorten [name]Henrietta[/name] to [name]Etta[/name]. And [name]Zachariah[/name] to [name]Zac[/name]. Would the initials [name]ZAC[/name] be corny? And finally, inadvertently we are [name]Ed[/name], [name]Erin[/name], [name]Ellison[/name] , and [name]Ben[/name] (and when [name]Ellison[/name] was born we had a dog [name]Emma[/name]). I’m not into all the E’s so we diverted for [name]Ben[/name]. [name]Will[/name] he feel left out with an [name]Etta[/name]?

I also really like [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Jane[/name]. But [name]Etta[/name] [name]Jane[/name]??? Too much like [name]Etta[/name] [name]James[/name]???

I like your choices. I think [name]Abbott[/name] is a cool name. I wouldn’t worry to much about HAC. It’s not like it’s RAT or ZIT or HIV; and chances are she won’t keep the C forever. [name]ZAC[/name] is a little corny but [name]Zac[/name] might think it’s awesome. I know a guy who goes by [name]Ash[/name] and his innitials are [name]ASH[/name] and he thinks it’s really cool. If [name]Ben[/name] feels left out because everyone else has an E name, remind him that [name]Etta[/name] is actually [name]Henrietta[/name], so techically it’s an H. Or you could (jokingly) offer to call him Enjamin.

Cool names! Best of luck!

[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Edward[/name] is great-- that’s my little (25yrs) brothers name! [name]Edward[/name] was our father.

oops hit enter too quick-- [name]Henrietta[/name] is so pretty, but I Have an Aunt [name]Henrietta[/name] who is always called [name]Hank[/name]! Beware nicknames you might not like!

I don’t think either name is too much, I quite like both of them! I also don’t think an E will be a problem at all (especially if her full name is [name]Henrietta[/name]).

However, [name]Ellison[/name] and [name]Henrietta[/name] are DRASTICALLY different in style. [name]Zachariah[/name] fits well with [name]Benjamin[/name], and doesn’t stand out so much. If it doesn’t bother you to have a somewhat ‘mismatched’ sibset, go for it…and if they go by [name]Elle[/name] or [name]Ellie[/name] and [name]Etta[/name], it won’t be noticeable.

I love [name]Henrietta[/name]. If your son is bothered by the two E’s (which I doubt he will be), she could always go by [name]Hattie[/name].

[name]Ellison[/name] is sometimes called [name]Ellie[/name] - usually by [name]Ben[/name]. I think we might go with [name]Zach[/name] just to avoid the initials [name]ZAC[/name] and nickname [name]Zac[/name]. Plus [name]Ben[/name] does have an E with his middle name.

Is [name]Henrietta[/name] [name]Abbott[/name] or [name]Zachariah[/name] [name]Abbott[/name] too much? No, I think both are wonderful names that work well [name]Ellison[/name] and [name]Ben[/name].
Would the initials [name]ZAC[/name] be corny? A little corny but, nothing traumatizing. I think using [name]Abbott[/name] with the meaning you have is more than enough reason to get over how corny the initials are.
[name]Will[/name] he feel left out with an [name]Etta[/name]? I don’t think he’ll feel left out. Also as someone above already mentioned [name]Henrietta[/name] may want to go by [name]Hattie[/name] or some other nickname that suits her if [name]Etta[/name] doesn’t. Also his middle name starts with an ‘E’.

I also like [name]Zachariah[/name] because my sisters and I were all going to be [name]Zachary[/name] if we were boys. Then when my aunt was pregnant she called my mom to see if they were done having kids because she really wanted to use [name]Zachary[/name]. So I have a cousin [name]Zachary[/name]. My other aunt loved [name]Zachariah[/name] but her husband’s nephew was [name]Zachariah[/name] so they didn’t use it. She also loved [name]Benjamin[/name] but her last name is [name]Moore[/name] so she decided against it (thankfully). I’m close to her so it would be kind of neat to use the names that she wanted to use but couldn’t.

They’re both awesome, from my perspective.
