Are these names too much for twin girls?

Hello everyone

I’m having twins girls. I love the names [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosa[/name_f].

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you feel there are too many R’s for them to be twins?

I think [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] are beautiful and fit perfectly together

I also really like the idea of [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosabella[/name_f]

Congratulations! I love the names separately but personally I think they are too similar for twins. I think that something like [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosa[/name_f], [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] or [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosanna[/name_f] would be gorgeous together!

I would agree with the first to comments that these names are not too similar. I generally think two names are two similar when they start or end with the same sound. Since this is not the case (beginning with ‘ah’ and ‘ro’ and ending with ‘ra’ and ‘za’/‘sa’), I do not see a problem. Although, if you were to change it, I love @Ameliaanwen’s [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] idea. Another thought - if you go ahead with the names but find they are too similar, nicknames would be a great option.
(P.S. Congratulations! Best wishes.)

I think [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] sound lovely together! There are a lot of r’s, but I really don’t think it’s too much! Congratulations!

No, I think they’re fine. Cute names!

Congratulations. I don’t think they are too similar at all. Perhaps [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] may flow slightly better. However if you love [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] go for it. They are both beautiful names.

I think [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] are a bit much r for me

I like them together. I agree that [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] flows a little bit better but either way they are nice names.

They are lovely together! [name_m]Just[/name_m] try saying/shouting them together quickly together as you may be doing in the coming years and see if it trips you up. If you think [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] might go by [name_u]Rory[/name_u] then maybe they are a bit close…

I find that [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] are fine though I would suggest that [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] flows better! [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] is my fave for a full name.

The letter “R” is a very prominent letter, it sticks out, so I personally would not use [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] as a twin-set. I may be biased though, I have a (mostly recovered) speech impediment for “R,” so the pairing is already pretty difficult for me to say.

Both beautiful names, but a lot of r sounds. I like the suggestion of [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f]!

Those names are gorgeous, magnificent for twins!

I think they’re fine. Agree with others that [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] would make a nice balance, it softens the r a bit too  [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] and [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f]

I think that they are beautiful names that go well together. I do agree with EllieHope4824 that [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] would be a pretty name that is a little longer. It might be a little bit of a tongue twister [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] and [name_f]Aurora[/name_f] so you could maybe add something onto [name_f]Rosa[/name_f] like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f], [name_f]Rosabella[/name_f], etc.
