Are these names too similar?

I’m currently building my top ten for masc names, and I’m a little worried that two of my more recent loves are too similar to each other and to one of my long-time favorites.

[name_m]Solomon[/name_m] has been on my list for ages, and my two newest additions are [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] and [name_m]Soren[/name_m]. I rather like that [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] and [name_m]Soren[/name_m] both share that “ore” sound, but do you think that would get confusing? I’m especially worried that [name_m]Soren[/name_m] and [name_m]Solomon[/name_m] are too much alike with the S initial, the long O sounds, and the N ending.

[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think these names are distinct enough from one another that they could work in a sibset?

And if you think they’re too similar, what would you suggest instead?

They’d work fine in a sibset. No one will notice S, O, N, or “ore” unless you point it out.

Soren and Solomon are a little close for me personally but they’re not unusably close. Isidore and Soren are fine

[name_m]Soren[/name_m] and [name_m]Solomon[/name_m] are close, but also not… haha

I personally wouldn’t use [name_m]Soren[/name_m] if I had another child named [name_m]Solomon[/name_m]. But its not the worst pairing I’ve seen.

Not too similar!!

I think all three of these names are fine and flow together without being to similar

[name_m]Hi[/name_m]!
I think [name_m]Soren[/name_m] and [name_m]Solomon[/name_m] are kinda similar and maybe won’t use it in a sibset. [name_m]Soren[/name_m] and [name_m]Isidore[/name_m] is fine tho! I think they go great together, as well as [name_m]Solomon[/name_m] and [name_m]Isidore[/name_m]
