For my style some of these names are a bit… out there.
[name]Elliott[/name] is a lovely name, but for me it has always given off a very masculine, stable and peaceful name. I love the [name]Elliott[/name] for a baby boy, for a girl I am not that sure. I think there are better girl names to get to [name]Ellie[/name]. Ex: [name]Elizabeth[/name], [name]Eliana[/name], [name]Elissa[/name], [name]Elena[/name], [name]Eleanor[/name], [name]Elea[/name], [name]Elouise[/name], [name]Elspeth[/name] and then there are any names that end in “ella” or ell ([name]Daniella[/name]/[name]Danielle[/name], [name]Gabriella[/name]/[name]Gabrielle[/name], [name]Isabella[/name]/[name]Isabelle[/name], [name]Rosella[/name], [name]Noella[/name]/[name]Noelle[/name], [name]Mariella[/name]/[name]Marielle[/name]…
Perian [name]Harper[/name] is a bit confusing to be. At first glance I immediately thought BOY. I do, however, know a girl name [name]Peri[/name] (pronounced purr-E). She is of [name]Indian[/name] decent and I was always lead to believe that [name]Peri[/name] was of [name]Indian[/name] origin. Paired with the last name [name]Gordon[/name], its a bit confusing. It would be like a Aofie [name]Smith[/name]… just does not seem to “go well” with the surname. If you like the short androgynous P names I suggest: [name]Paris[/name], [name]Paz[/name], [name]Pax[/name], [name]Parker[/name], [name]Page[/name], [name]Piper[/name], [name]Payton[/name], [name]Prue[/name], [name]Pia[/name], [name]Prima[/name], Pima, or Prim. If you still love [name]Peri[/name], I would perhaps make the middle name more feminine, just to make it clear your child is female. I know from my own name that having a full on androgynous name can cause small problems every once in a while.
[name]Noris[/name]. No. And [name]Kori[/name]? No. [name]Nora[/name] is a lovely name, [name]Nori[/name] is a bit strange, [name]Nor[/name] is even acceptable, but [name]Noris[/name]? I just would not suggest it. If you like [name]Kori[/name], maybe [name]Casey[/name], [name]Cassie[/name], [name]Cassidy[/name], [name]Kate[/name], [name]Cate[/name], [name]Claire[/name]… just not [name]Noris[/name] [name]Kori[/name]. (I additionally do not like the repetition of the “or”, when I say it aloud it just sounds like nORiskORi.
[name]Peri[/name] Kennis. See above for [name]Peri[/name] comments. Kennis sounds like a surname and/or male name. Not a fan, it also sounds a bit made up. I am all for uncommon/unique names, but I do not like made up.
[name]Connely[/name] [name]Grace[/name]. [name]LOVELY[/name]. I love the name [name]Connely[/name] on a girl, it just seems like such a perfect name, a balance of both elements. Strong and Sweet. Strange but not so much, lovely yet also powerful. [name]Connie[/name] is cute as a nickname, but I actually just prefer [name]Connely[/name]. And if you are a fan of the uncommon/unique names then [name]Connely[/name] is your girl. [name]Grace[/name] pairs well with it.
[name]Dacey[/name] [name]Kori[/name]. I have read a book in which a character is named [name]Dacey[/name]. I do like the name, but it seems a bit nickname-y for me. Is there a full name for [name]Dacey[/name] you could use? I would put some more research into that one. Again, NO to [name]Kori[/name]. [name]Dacey[/name] [name]Mae[/name] just popped into my head and I think that it would be adorable.
So my suggestions: [name]Connely[/name] [name]Grace[/name] is your girl. Or [name]Dacey[/name] ____. Good luck!
