So close that it’s noticeable? Sure. So close that it’s problematic? Not hugely. Be sure you have another E name that’s distinct picked out for a potential girl #3 (and that might be hard because a ton of them start with [name_f]El[/name_f] and I think that is too close to [name_f]Elena[/name_f], but there are the Ev names) or that you’re OK breaking the pattern.
[name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] or [name_f]Elena[/name_f] and [name_f]Amalia[/name_f] gives you a little more space if you like either of those. [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] might not be very Italian but [name_f]Amalia[/name_f] probably gets some Italian use?
