Both have been on my list for FORVER, and I am just no realizing how similar they sound. I am heart broken! Do you think they are two similar for sisters? Stefania would most likely have the nn Stevie, and Giordana would just go by…Giordana.
Probably not! I think they’re fine to use as sisters!
A good rule of thumb is to yell a name quickly, like you’re calling them down to dinner. If the names get mixed up, then maybe they’re a little close. But with nickname(s) it makes it better.
I don’t think it’s a problem unless you don’t like them together. The beginning sounds are so different and with [name_u]Stevie[/name_u] as a nickname its no problem at all.

I do not think they are too close at all. I think that if they had a close relationship with each other they might like the similarities in their names while the nickname keeps them very distinct.
I think they are different enough to get away with, but for some reason I have to think really hard when I say them out loud or I start to scramble them!

They don’t seem particularly close to me. Both are very pretty! They’d be great as sisters.
I can’t really find any sound similarities between these two, aside from length (which is a plus side for sibling names in my book). I think they’re totally fine together! They’re a really good fit.
