My mom told me today if she had had another daughter she would have named her Arena. It’s actually somewhere in my dad’s family tree. What do you think of the name?

Like a sports arena? lol. I like the sound and look of [name]Arina[/name], but it sounds much too like a sports/hockey/etc. arena for my tastes.
I too think of a sports arena, I think [name]Marina[/name] or [name]Karina[/name] could be a better option its similar enough that it could still have that familial connection

My immediate thought was hockey as well and I find it kind of weird that you wouldn’t at least associate it with sports since arenas are fairly common for sporting events, but maybe that’s just the sports junkie in me.
I also agree with the inappropriate jokes being made about her name. [name]Irina[/name] is much nicer.
