Of your options, I prefer [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. [name_f]Eva[/name_f] & [name_f]Luna[/name_f] go together well, & even have a symmetry in a way at least for me as [name_f]Eva[/name_f] makes me think of evening, & [name_f]Luna[/name_f] makes me think of the moon & therefore night.
[name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] sounds a bit better than [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f], at least to my ear, & [name_f]Eva[/name_f] & [name_f]Aria[/name_f] go together as well…I just like [name_f]Luna[/name_f] better, & the middle name will rarely be said out loud anyway.
[name_f]Mila[/name_f]'s a name I’ve just not been able to ever warm up to…not really sure why.
I don’t believe anyone has mentioned it, but just a heads up that [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] Allende, the famous Chilean author, has a book called [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and a collection of short stories called The Stories of [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. Likely most people would not think of that reference, but because Allende is fairly well known you would eventually encounter people who noted that when hearing about girls called [name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Luna[/name_f].
I do know and know of a few little girls (mostly babies or small) called [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Aria[/name_f]. I have not met any named [name_f]Mila[/name_f], although I do always think about the little girl with a twin sister who achieved some fairly significant notoriety for some cute and funny videos.
I think I like [name_f]Mila[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] best, although you will run into pronunciation issues with that choice.
[name_f]Eva[/name_f] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f] as a sibset, but [name_f]Aria[/name_f] is my favourite and I do like [name_f]Aria[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f].
I’m utterly biased toward [name_f]Luna[/name_f]. [name_f]Luna[/name_f] [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] is stunning. I wouldn’t worry about the teasing potentials, really.
My baby girl (1 year old) is named [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and her best friend who lives down the street from us is [name_f]Aria[/name_f]! [name_f]Luna[/name_f] and [name_f]Eva[/name_f] are wonderful too for a pair of sisters.
