I prefer spunky [name_f]Aria[/name_f]. I am not fond of [name_f]Freya[/name_f].

[name_f]Aria[/name_f] is much prettier

I prefer [name_f]Freya[/name_f] for sure.

[name_f]Freya[/name_f], definitely. [name_f]Aria[/name_f] is very vanilla to me.

I would noramally say [name_f]Freya[/name_f] but I love [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] & [name_f]Aria[/name_f] as a sibset!

[name_f]Aria[/name_f] is gorgeous! [name_f]Freya[/name_f] has a less pretty sound

I prefer [name_f]Aria[/name_f]

[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Saoirse[/name_f] is gorgeous! I much prefer [name_f]Freya[/name_f] with [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] (and in general, [name_f]Aria[/name_f] just sounds a little bland next to the beautiful [name_f]Freya[/name_f]), it sounds magical and queenly (which I find very similar to the feeling that [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] gives).

[name_f]Freya[/name_f]! I love it, and think it goes with [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Saoirse[/name_f] beautifully.

[name_f]Aria[/name_f] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f] are both pretty. I think [name_f]Aria[/name_f] does seem a little common next to [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Freya[/name_f] are both unique, beautiful, and magical. I would have [name_f]Freya[/name_f] on my list if I wasn’t turned of by it’s history. If that doesn’t bother you though it’s a gorgeous, unexpected name.

I prefer [name_f]Freya[/name_f] to [name_f]Aria[/name_f] and with [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] being your other choice, [name_f]Freya[/name_f] definitely fits in better. Good luck!

Thank you for all of the feedback! It’s nice to see what everyone likes and thinks of each name.
I love the light musical feel of [name_f]Aria[/name_f]. My huge drawback is its so common. This happened with a few other names I like ([name_u]Harper[/name_u], [name_u]Piper[/name_u], [name_f]Mia[/name_f]) and I wrote them off because of this. I don’t have to have the most uniquely named kid but knowing a ton of someone with the name is off putting to me and might be weird with future kids having a “common” name and all siblings having “different” names.

With [name_f]Freya[/name_f] I love the attention the name demands (if that makes sense). It feels like a [name_f]Xena[/name_f] warrior princess type name which I love. My dad and I are also very into vikings (the actual people not just the TV show!) And I love Nordic history and names. I also think it’s fun that [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] would be my elf princess (the name feels so Tolkien to me) and [name_f]Freya[/name_f] would be my Viking princess if I was lucky enough to have two girls.
DH has approved both names although he slightly prefers [name_f]Aria[/name_f]. He wouldn’t blink if I chose [name_f]Freya[/name_f] though, he’s not picky.

I prefer [name_f]Freya[/name_f].

I chose [name_f]Freya[/name_f]. I love the adorable nickname [name_f]Fay[/name_f]. I have never liked how [name_f]Aria[/name_f] is pronounced.

Although I pride myself on having named my own daughter [name_f]Freya[/name_f] before I heard of anyone else doing it, I assure you it’s a great name  [name_f]Freya[/name_f] (or Freyja as it almost was) is a wonderfully strong Norwegian/Norse name. Go for it.

I prefer [name_f]Freya[/name_f]— and by the way, [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] [name_f]Saoirse[/name_f] is absolutely gorgeous!
